Dr. Fred Seale is a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician with over 20 years of experience in women’s reproductive health. Throughout his career, he has provided comprehensive OB/GYN care, including hormone replacement therapy as part of his private practice, and is pleased to continue offering HRT through Winona to support women navigating menopause with safe, evidence-based treatment options.
After more than two decades in private practice, Dr. Seale transitioned to working primarily as an Obstetric Hospitalist, where he manages labor and delivery in the hospital setting. His experience across both outpatient and inpatient care informs his patient-centered approach, which emphasizes education, individualized treatment plans, and clinical excellence in menopause care.
Dr. Seale earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he developed a strong foundation in both surgical and clinical women’s healthcare. At Winona, he is dedicated to empowering women through all stages of life by providing personalized hormone therapy and medical guidance during the menopausal transition.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Seale enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and anything related to music.
