Dr. Rebecca Mei-Chia Lee is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician dedicated to providing accessible, patient-centered care, with a particular focus on supporting women through menopause. She joined Winona in 2024 and is passionate about addressing the gaps in menopause care by helping women access accurate information and effective, evidence-based treatment options.

Dr. Lee earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and received her Doctor of Medicine from Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at Rutgers University, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management.

In addition to her work at Winona, Dr. Lee practices as a telemedicine primary care physician, providing convenient, high-quality care to patients remotely. She is based in Philadelphia and values telehealth as a powerful tool for improving access to care.
